筛管顶注双级箍防提前打开装置的研制与应用

摘要
液压式双级箍提前打开严重影响筛管顶注工艺的实施,研究和规避双级箍提前打开风险对于筛管顶注工艺推广应用具有重要意义。为此,对双级箍循环孔提前打开进行机理分析和数值计算,得到了水击压力和抽吸压力共同作用下的复合压力是造成双级箍提前打开的主要原因。鉴于此,研制了一套具有快速下入和自动灌浆功能的双级箍防提前打开装置。通过结构设计与地面试验,验证了方案的可行性。5口井的现场应用中,该装置实现了套管快速下入和自动灌浆功能,缩短了施工周期,验证了该装置具有良好的可操作性。双级箍防提前打开装置的研制成功,为石油钻完井提质增效提供了一种新的技术手段。
        The premature opening of the hydraulic double-stage collar seriously affects the implementation of the screen tube top cementing. Therefore, studying and eliminating the risk of premature opening the double-stage collar is of great significance for the promotion and application of the cementation of the top of the screen tube. The mechanism analysis and numerical calculation of the premature opening of the double-stage collar circulation hole are conducted. The pressure which combines the water hammer pressure and the swabbing pressure is the main reason for the premature opening of the double-stage collar. To address the issue, a set of anti-premature opening device for double-stage collar allowing fast running and automatic filling is developed. The feasibility of the device was verified by structural design and ground test. In the field application of 5 wells, the device realized the function of fast casing running and automatic filling, which shortened the operation period and verified the good operability of the device. The successful development of the anti-premature opening device for double-stage collar provides a new technical means for improving the quality and efficiency of oil drilling and completion.
