摘要
为了完全消除注水站站内回流,实现柱塞式注水泵带载荷直接启动与自动注水,提出了鼠笼式电动机全闭环矢量控制方式以提高电动机启动转矩和调速性能,并对常规鼠笼式电动机进行配套改造,提高了电动机与变频系统的适配性。现场试验表明,采用全闭环矢量控制技术实现注水泵在16.8 MPa压力下直接启动,可完全消除站内回流,年节约电费16万元。另外,简化操作流程,提高注水站自动化控制水平,是注水站提质增效的主要目标。
        In order to completely eliminate the backflow in water injection stations and realize the di-rect start and automatic water injection of plunger injection pump with load, the full closed-loop vector control method for the squirrel cage motor is proposed to improve the motor's start torque and speed control performance, and the conventional squirrel cage motor is modified to improve the adaptability of the motor and frequency conversion system. Field test shows that the full closed-loop vector control technology can be adopted to realize the direct starting of the water injection pump at 16.8 MPa pres-sure, completely eliminate the backflow in the station, and save 160 000 yuan in electricity bills annually.The main purpose of water injection station to improve quality and increase efficiency is to simplify op-eration process and improve the automatic control level of water injection stations.
