摘要
为探索变压器中绝缘纸聚合度的间接检测方法,研究了一种基于变压器油中游离纤维颗粒光学特性的绝缘纸聚合度计算方法,通过偏光显微镜观察不同老化程度纤维颗粒的色散图像,采用RGB三原色分析法提取图像中的颜色特征值,将特征值与绝缘纸聚合度进行拟合获得特定的关系式。结果表明:随着老化程度的增加,绝缘纸表面出现裂缝、孔洞等现象;图像由蓝紫色逐渐向橙黄色过渡;特征值中马氏距离与聚合度的拟合优度最好,达到0.98,通过该拟合关系式可计算绝缘纸的聚合度。
In order to explore the indirect method for measuring the degree of polymerization (DP) of insulating paper in transformer, we proposed a DP calculation method based on the optical properties of free fiber particles in transformer oil. The chromatic dispersion images of fibers with different ageing degree were obtained by polarized light microscope, and the eigenvalues of color in the image were extracted by RGB trichromatic analysis method, then a specific relation was obtained by fitting the eigenvalues and DP of insulation paper. The results show that with the increase of ageing degree, there are cracks and holes on the surface of insulating paper, and the color of chromatic dispersion images changes from blue-purple to orange-yellow gradually. The fitting goodness of Mahalanobis distance and DP attains 0.98. Therefore, the DP of insulating paper can be calculated by the fitting relation.
