摘要
微波组件连接器装配和焊接是制约组件生产效率和质量一致性的瓶颈,自动化装配是解决该瓶颈的有效途径。本文将连接器和盒体装配焊接工艺流程改进为一体化装配焊接,分解了连接器和盒体自动化装动作。对连接器自动化装配的影响因素,连接器装配夹具、连接器物料供应进行了工艺设计。以上述工艺设计为指导,通过研制连接器自动化装配设备,有效的保证了连接器的装配精度、装配节拍和焊接质量。
As the connector assembling and soldering is the bottleneck of production efficiency and consistency in microwave module batch production,automatic assembly is proposed to solve the problem. In this paper, the soldering process of connector and box was improved into integral soldering and assembling? The automatic assembly equipment of connector was studied? And the assembling process was verified to guarantee the accuracy and beat of assembly as well as the soldering quality?
