摘要
提出了一种单臂架结构优化设计方案,通过在臂架头部两侧增加悬臂梁结构,使臂架头部的滑轮能充分布置。这种臂架结构形式能显著减小起升钢丝绳绕入绕出滑轮的偏角,增加钢丝绳使用寿命。运用ANSYS有限元软件对这种单臂架结构进行有限元计算分析,并经过实际使用,验证了这种单臂架优化设计的可行性。
A single arm structure optimization is proposed. By adding cantilever beams on both sides of the boom head,the pulley of the boom head can be fully arranged. The declination of lifting wire rope winding in the boom structure can be significantly reduced and the life of wire rope can be increased. At the same time,the ANSYS finite element software was used to perform finite element calculation and analysis of this single boom structure. Through practical use,the utility of the boom structure is also verified.
