摘要
针对现有单穗脱粒机存在的问题,设计5TR-20型水稻单株单穗脱粒机。根据设计要求确定设计方案,详细介绍机具结构及关键部件的设计思路。机具性能试验结果表明:在水稻籽粒含水量18%~23%的完熟条件下,当风机转速为2 100 r/min时,脱净率>99.5%,破碎率≤0.2%,飞溅率为0。
        For the problems existing in thresher for single spike, 5 TR-20 type rice thresher for single plant and single spike was designed. Designing scheme was determined according to design requirements, this paper introduced the structure of the machine and design thought of the critical component. The results of performance testing showed that: Under complete ripeness conditions of moisture content of rice grain 18% ~23% and rotate speed of fan 2100 r/min, the threshing performance was more than 99.5%, performance of damage was less than and equal to 0.2%, and apatter loss rate was 0.
