摘要
针对贵州省织金地区以玉髓形式存在的硅质胶磷矿,通过矿石工艺矿物学研究,查明了矿石中主要的矿物存在形式。有用矿物为碳氟磷灰石,占矿物组成的55.01%。脉石矿物主要为硅质矿物,其中以玉髓为主,占31.42%;云母次之,占8.9%;而石英仅占1.13%。对矿样分别开展了正浮选、反浮选、反正联合浮选、脱泥—正浮选、超声波强化药剂分散等工艺的脱硅试验研究,得出了正浮选+超声波强化药剂分散的联合工艺为最适合于以玉髓形式存在的硅质胶磷矿的选矿工艺的结论。
        The siliceous collophanite in the Zhijin area of Guizhou province exists in the form of chalcedony.Based on the study of mineral process mineralogy,the main mineral forms of the siliceous collophane in the form of chalcedony in Zhijin area of Guizhou province were identified.The valuable mineral is fluorocarbon apatite,which accounts for 55.01% of the mineral composition.The gangue minerals are mainly siliceous minerals,of which chalcedony is the major one,accounting for 31.42%;followed by mica,accounting for 8.9%;and quartz is only 1.13%.The desiliconization experiments of direct flotation,reverse flotation,reverse-direct flotation,desilming-direct flotation,ultrasonic dispersion of reinforcing reagents and other processes were carried out on the test samples,and the conclusion was reached that the combined process of direct flotation and ultrasonic disperson of reinforcing reagents was the most suitable beneficiation process for the siliceous collophosphite in the form of chalcedony.
