耳穴埋籽对直肠癌患者血流动力学及睡眠质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨中医耳穴埋籽对直肠癌患者血流动力学及睡眠质量的影响。方法 80例直肠癌患者被随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医耳穴埋籽干预。观察2组术后血流动力学指标、血清皮质醇水平、睡眠质量。结果观察组术后24 h的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后24 h血清皮质醇水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组失眠症状消失时间明显短于对照组,睡眠时长明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医耳穴埋籽可有效改善直肠癌患者血流动力学指标,降低血清皮质醇水平,提高睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the effect of auricular point-pressing on hemodynamics and sleep quality of rectal cancer patients.Methods 80 cases of rectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional perioperative nursing care, and the observation group received auricular point-pressing.Hemodynamic indexes, serum cortisol level and sleep quality were observed. Results Systolic and diastolic blood pressures in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group 24 hours after surgery, and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The serum cortisol level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 24 h after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The duration of sleep duration in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Auricular point-pressing can effectively improve the hemodynamic index of rectal cancer patients, reduce the serum cortisol level and improve the sleep quality.
