摘要

随着国家环保法律制度的不断完善,污染物排放标准也不断提高,石油炼化企业污水处理场为满足法律法规的排放要求,需对污水处理设施进行必要的提标改造。对污水场提标改造的必要性,改造前期工艺的选择,施工过程中面临的困难、注意事项,以及污水场提标改造后正常生产运行等方面进行了阐述,可为今后石油化工行业企业污水处理场提标改造工作提供借鉴。
        Along with the continuous improvement of the national environmental protection legal system and the improvement of the discharge standards of pollutants,it is necessary for petrochemical industry to upgrade and reconstruct of sewage treatment plant to meets the emission requirements of laws and regulations. The necessity of upgrading and reconstruction,the selection of the technology in the early stage,the difficulties and the precautions during the construction,the normal operation after the upgrading and reconstruction in the sewage treatment plant were discussed. It could provide reference for the future work of upgrading the sewage treatment plant in the petrochemical industry.
