以孙子“战机”论中医“病机”

摘要
中医理论构建之初受到先秦诸子百家的影响,其中包括兵家,如《孙子兵法》。中医经典《黄帝内经》就以"医兵"相喻,后世医家也有"用药如用兵"之论。"兵之设可以除暴,药之设可以攻疾",兵法与中医在战略、战术上共通,主要体现在审度"战机"与审察"病机"上。孙子审度"战机"之"合道""合天""合地""合法""合将",可作为中医审察"病机"之五要素,可有效指导中医理论研究及临床实践。
In initial stage, the construction of TCM theory was influenced by pre-Qin philosophers, and military strategists, whose representative masterpiece is Sun Zi's Art of War, is also included. In The Inner Canon of Huangdi, a classic work of TCM, the ‘treatment process' is compared to ‘war'. The later doctors also have the theories of ‘prescribing medication is like military strategy'. As illustrated bydoctrine ‘the army can eliminate violence, and the medicine can eliminate disease', the military strategy and traditional Chinese medicine have something in common, which is mainly reflected in the analysis process of ‘military force'and ‘pathogenesis'. Sun Zi's analysis methods for ‘military force', including ‘conform to the principle', ‘conform to weather features', ‘conform togeographical features', ‘conform to rules', and ‘conform to general' can also be the five examination factors for ‘pathogenesis' of TCM, and guide the theoretical research and clinical practice of TCM.
