摘要
蓄热式燃烧已广泛应用于中、小型以高炉煤气为燃料的轧钢加热炉上,基本实现了加热过程中三高一低(高炉温、高烟温、高余热回收和低惰性)的发展方向的要求,而在台车炉上的应用却并不多。鞍钢重机公司的80 MN水压机配套的台车式加热炉选用了蓄热式燃烧的加热技术。在应用过程中,炉内温差曾高达48℃,且炉压大,炉口冒火严重;对锻件产品的质量影响很大。经蓄热式烧嘴结构的改性设计及下排烟附烟道的合理设置等技术改进,炉温均匀性明显提高,且炉压可控而稳定。回收副烟道外排的过剩部分高温烟气的余热用于预热混合煤气,进一步获得了节能效果。
        Regenerative combustion is widely used in medium and small steel rolling reheating furnaces with blast furnace gas as fuel. It basically realizes the development direction of three high and one low( high furnace temperature, high smoke temperature, high waste heat recovery and low inertia) in the heating process. However, it is used less in car type furnace. The heating technology of regenerative combustion is applied to the car type heating furnace for 80 MN hydraulic press of Anshan Iron and Steel Co. In the process of application, the temperature difference in the furnace has been up to 48 ℃, the pressure of the furnace is high, and the furnace mouth is blazing, which has a great influence on the quality of the forgings. Through modification design of regenerative burner structure and reasonable setting of lower exhaust smoke and flue, the uniformity of furnace temperature is obviously improved, and the pressure is controlled and stable. Recovery of flue gas waste heat from flue gas is used to preheat mixed gas, and further energy saving effect is obtained.
