国外公共图书馆业务规范概览

摘要
对ISO、IFLA等国际组织及美国、英国、日本等主要国家公共图书馆业务标准及规范体系制定历史和现状进行简单介绍,初步揭示国外公共图书馆业务规范的基本概貌,可以为我国相应业务规范的建设提供参考。
This paper will give a brief introduction on the development history and present situation of public library regulations and standards established both by international organizations, e.g. ISO, IFLA, and some countries, e.g. USA, UK and Japan, etc., by which the author aims to p resent a general outline of the public library regulations abroad and, furthermore hopes to give some references on the establishment of the corresponding laws or regulations in China as well.
