摘要
工程领导力(Engineering Leadership)是当前欧美发达国家为把握技术革新在引领经济发展与工业进步中的契机,针对拔尖工程人才培育所提出的领导力理论研究和教育实践。本文从当前工程领导力的研究现状出发,从定位目标、培训内容和实施方法 3个方面对国外世界一流大学的工程领导力教育进行了系统的比较分析,以期为我国开展工程领导力培育提供参考和借鉴。
        Based on the current research status of engineering leadership,this study examines engineering leadership programs from the world-class universities in foreign countries,and conducts a comparative analysis of these programs in terms of target capabilities,curriculum design and implementations. Suggestions on Chinese engineering education are also provided,with an aim to facilitate the development of engineering leadership education programs in China.
