复方五味子保健茶对大鼠高脂血症的降脂作用

摘要
目的探讨复方五味子保健茶对高脂饮食诱导的大鼠高脂血症降脂作用,为进一步的保健食品开发奠定理论基础。方法雄性Wistar大鼠32只,随机分出8只作为正常对照组,其余采用高脂饮食喂养诱导高脂血症大鼠模型。将成模的大鼠随机分为模型组、复方五味子保健茶低剂量组(50 mg/kg)和复方五味子保健茶高剂量组(100 mg/kg),每组8只。给药24 d后,检测大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,HE染色观察肝脏病理学变化。结果模型组大鼠TC、TG和LDL-C水平明显升高(P <0. 05或P <0. 01),HDL-C降低(P <0. 05)。而复方五味子保健茶各剂量组显著降低了大鼠血清中TC、TG和LDL-C水平,提高了HDL-C水平(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。病理结果显示复方五味子保健茶各剂量组均明显减轻了肝脏的脂质沉积,不同程度逆转了高脂血症大鼠肝细胞的脂肪变性,同时明显降低了大鼠的动脉硬化指数。结论复方五味子保健茶对高脂饮食诱导的高脂血症大鼠的血脂具有一定调节作用。
        Objective To explore the effect of Co Schisandra health tea on hyperlipidemia induced by high-fat diet in rats,and lay a theoretical foundation for further development of health food. Methods Among 32 male Wistar rats,8 rats were randomly selected as normal control group and fed with normal diet and the rest of the rats were fed with high-fat diet to induce hyperlipidemia. After the hyperlpidemic rat model was successfully established,the rats were randomly divided into model group Co Schisandra health tea low-dose group( 50 mg/kg) and high-dose group( 100 mg/kg),8 rats in each group. All rats were intragastrically administrated with corresponding agents for 24 d. Then,the levels of total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C) in serum were measured,and pathological changes in liver tissue were observed by HE staining. Results The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were increased significantly( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01),HDL-C was decreased( P < 0. 05) in model group. While,Co Schisandra tea treatment decreased the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C and increased level of HDL-C in hyperlipidimic rats( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Pathological results showed that Co Schisandra health tea significantly reduced the lipid deposition in liver,reversed the steatosis of hepatocytes in hyperlipidemia rats and significantly decreased the arteriosclerosis index( AI) of rats. Conclusion Co Schisandra health tea can regulate the blood lipid of hyperlipidemic rats induced by high-fat diet.
