脉斑灵胶囊治疗高脂血症肝功能异常临床疗效

摘要
目的探讨中药脉斑灵胶囊治疗高脂血症肝功能异常的临床疗效。方法选择在佳木斯医学院第一附属医院、佳木斯市中心医院进行健康体检,经实验室检查确定血脂四项以及肝功异常的高脂血症患者。口服中药脉斑灵胶囊,规格0. 5g/粒,5粒/次,3次/日,饭后即服,连续服用1个病程,120天为1个疗程。观察治疗前后的临床疗效。结果 31例中显效22例,70. 97%;有效7例,23%;无效2例,6. 03%;总有效率93. 97%。治疗后TC与TG的变化较治疗前降低,有显著性差异。23例肝功能异常者临床治愈12例,52. 17%;有效5例,21. 74%;无效6例,26. 09%;总有效率73. 91%。治疗后ALT、AST、γ-GT、TBIL较治疗前显著降低,两组比较有显著性差异。结论中药脉斑灵胶囊治疗高脂血症肝功异常患者疗效显著,该药具有降血脂、升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、降肝功血清酶、胆红素,对肝细胞具有保护、修复、延缓衰老作用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of blood pulse maibanling capsule on hyperlipidemia with abnormal liver function. Methods The patients with hyperlipidemia were selected from the first affiliated hospital of jiamusi medical college and jiamusi central hospital for physical examination. Oral Chinese herbal medicine blood pulse maibanling capsule,specification: 0. 5 g/granule,5 granule/time,3 times/day,taken immediately after meals,one course of treatment for 120 days. To observe the clinical effect before and after treatment. Results Among 31 cases,22 cases showed significant effects,70. 97%. Effective for 7 cases,23%; Invalid 2 cases,6. 03%; Total effective rate The changes of TC and TG after treatment were lower than before treatment,showing a significant difference. 12 of the 23 cases with abnormal liver function were cured,52. 17%. Effective for 5 cases,21. 74%; Invalid in 6 cases,26. 09%; Total effective rate After treatment,ALT,AST,bct-gt and TBIL were significantly decreased,and there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine blood pulse maibanling capsule is effective in treating patients with hyperlipidemia with abnormal liver function. It has the functions of lowering blood lipid,raising high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,lowering liver function serum enzyme and bilirubin,and protecting,repairing and delaying senility of liver cells.
