摘要

目的:探讨CT、MRI技术在肝内胆管癌诊断中的联合应用效果。方法:选取75例肝内胆管癌患者,所有患者均经CT、MRI检查,对比分析CT、MRI以及联合检查三组诊断结果。结果:联合组的诊断正确率明显高于CT组、MRI组(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用CT技术与MRI技术对肝内胆管癌进行诊断可有效提高诊断正确率,值得推广。
        Objective To explore the combined application of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Method 75 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma were selected.All patients were examined by CT and MRI.The diagnostic results of CT,MRI and combined examination were compared and analyzed.Result The diagnostic accuracy of combined group was significantly higher than that of CT group and MRI group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy,which is worthy of promotion.
