护理人员工作相关肌肉骨骼疾患流行现状及危险因素概述

摘要
近几十年来,与职业有关的肌肉骨骼疾患问题日趋突出,护理人员是全球公认的WRMSDs的高危人群,其工作能力及工作稳定性受到不良影响。本文综述了护理人员WRMSDs最新研究成果,分析了护理人员WRMSDs的发生水平、流行特点及其危险因素。总体而言,国内外护理人员WRMSDs发生水平较高,护理人员WRMSD患病率高于国外;疼痛强度多在中等强度以上;腰部、颈部、肩部WRMSDs发生率最高;首发年龄多为工作的前5年;手术室、外科、急诊科、ICU护理人员WRMSDs年发生率较高。人口学因素、职业因素、工作相关心理社会因素、组织管理因素等均与护理人员WRMSDs患病相关,未来研究需进一步关注护理人员WRMSDs疼痛频率、持续时间等方面的特点以及家庭护理场所、长期照护机构中护理人员WRMSDs的发生情况。
In recent decades,work-related musculoskeletal disorders( WRMSDs) had become increasingly prominent. Nurses are recognized globally as high-risk groups of WRMSDs,whose work ability and stability are adversely affected. This study provided a general overview of the latest researches which focused on the occurrence level,epidemic characteristics as well as the risk factors of WRMSDs in nurses. Overall,the incidence of WRMSDs is higher in nurses at home and abroad,and the prevalence rate of WRMSDs in nurses is higher than that in foreign countries. Pain intensity is usually more than medium intensity,and first-episode is mostly in the first 5 years of career experience. Lower back,neck and shoulders are the most prevalent sites. It also indicates that operating room,surgery,the emergency department as well as ICU nurses have a higher incidence. WRMSDs is related to demographic,career,psychosocial as well as organizational and cultural risk factors. The evidence has implications for further studies in frequency and duration of WRMSDs pain. Besides of this,investigations in home health care and long-term care facilities are also required.
