摘要

目的:利用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(皮肤CT)对扁平疣的特征性表现进行研究。方法:选取2015年5月-2017年5月间我科接收的31例扁平疣患者,先选取典型皮损分析其皮肤CT下图像特征,然后对该处皮损进行组织病理学检查,对二者进行研究分析。结果:扁平疣的皮肤CT特征:表皮轻度增生,颗粒层及棘细胞上层细胞大致呈同心圆样排列,近似玫瑰花团样,基底层色素增加,真皮乳头及浅层血管周围稀疏炎细胞浸润。结论:结合临床表现,皮肤CT的图像特征可以为扁平疣的临床诊断及鉴别诊断提供有效的帮助。
        Objective: To study characteristic manifestation of flat wart by confocal laser scanning microscope. Methods: The characteristic manifestation of flat wart were analyzed by skin CT and histopathological examination on typical skin lesions in 31 case. Results: The skin CT features of flat wart were mild hyperplasia of epidermis, the upper cells of granular layer and spike cell were roughly arranged in concentric round-like pattern, the basal layer pigment were increased, and the dermal papilla and superficial vessels were infiltrated by sparse inflammatory cells. Conclusion: Combined with clinical manifestations, the image features of skin CT can provide effective help for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of flat warts.
