环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯的制备及性能研究

摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL-2000)为主要原料,2,2-二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为亲水性扩链剂,乙二胺(EDA)为后扩链剂,通过添加环氧树脂E44/E51(质量比为1/1)对水性聚氨酯进行改性,合成环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了环氧树脂加入量对聚氨酯各项性能的影响。结果表明,环氧树脂的加入使得水性聚氨酯膜的热稳定性、拉伸强度有一定程度的增加。
        The waterborne polyurethane emulsions modified by epoxy resin( E-44、E-51 mass ratio was 1/1)were synthesized using isophorone disocyanate( IPDI) and polycaprolactone glycol( PCL-2000) as the main materials,using dimethylolbutyric acid( DMBA) as the hydrophilic chain extender,and ethylenediamine as the post chain extender. The effect of the amount of epoxy on the properties of polyurethane was discussed. The results showed that the addition of epoxy resin could effectively increase the thermal stability and tensile strength of the waterborne polyurethane films.
