转型情境下产学研联盟组合管理初探

摘要
基于联盟组合理论和中国转型情境,初探企业应该如何有效管理产学研联盟组合,从理论上将有效产学研联盟组合管理廓清为3个相继阶段,有效产学研联盟组合伙设计、有效产学研联盟组合构建和有效产学研联盟组合管控。第一阶段包括一致、搜寻和筛选3个子过程;第二阶段包括谈判、契约和架构3个子过程;最后一个阶段包括成立组合专属管理机构、协同创新和监控评价3个子过程。较为全面地探讨企业产学研联盟组合有效管理提升企业自主创新能力作用机制的路径机理,并提出相应的理论命题,从而拓展我国产学研联盟的理论研究。
Based on alliance portfolio theory and Chinese transitional context,this paper first studies how firms effectively manage I-U-R( Industry-University-Research Institutions) alliance portfolio,and theoretically clarifies management of I-U-R alliance portfolio into three sequential processes: design,construction and control of the effective alliance portfolio. The first stage consists of three sub processes: consistency,searching and screening; The second stage consists of three sub processes: negotiation,contract and building; The last stage consists of three sub processes: setting up exclusive administration institution,collaborative innovation,supervision and evaluation. This paper contributes theoretically to probing into the mechanism of I-U-R alliance portfolio's effective management improving enterprises' independent innovation capability,putting forward the corresponding theoretical propositions,and extending theoretical research of I-U-R alliance in China.
