联盟组合合作伙伴多样性和企业绩效的关系——基于中国生物医药行业上市公司的实证分析

摘要
本文主要以资源依赖理论为视角将联盟组合合作伙伴多样性细化为产业多样性、国家多样性和功能多样性3个指标,同时根据相关理论提出假设,继而收集中国生物医药行业上市公司数据并采用实证研究方法深入分析联盟组合合作伙伴多样性与企业绩效之间的具体关系并验证假设。研究结果表明,产业多样性和国家多样性对企业绩效不显著,功能多样性显著并与企业绩效呈倒U型关系,企业应该通过与不同功能的伙伴进行合作来达到资源和利益的最大化。
        Based mainly on the Resource Dependence Theory,this article separates alliance portfolio partner diversity into three indicators:industry diversity,national diversity and functional diversity. At the same time,according to the relevant theories,this paper puts forward to three hypotheses,and then collects data of the listed company in biological medicine industry in our country. The empirical research method can be used to analyze deeply the specific relationship between the alliance portfolio partner diversity and the corporate performance and then examines three hypotheses. The results show that industry diversity and national diversity are not significant; functional diversity is significant and has inverted u-shaped relationship with corporate performance.And firms should cooperate with partners with different functions to maximize their resources and interests.
