摘要
配电避雷器是一种重要的过电压保护装置。4/10μs大电流冲击试验是用于检验避雷器在遭受直击雷时的可靠性,是确保避雷器安全可靠运行的重要考核指标。本文试验选取了5个厂家的避雷器进行整只4/10μs大电流冲击耐受试验,检测其在大电流冲击作用后是否失效,试验结果表明,10 kV整只避雷器4/10μs冲击大电流冲击耐受能力较差,所有厂家的试品都不满足国标GB/T 11032-2010的相关规定和要求,其中两个厂家避雷器在试验过程中发生爆裂,其余3个厂家避雷器在试验后,其U_(1mA)大幅降低,对应0.75倍U_(1mA)下的泄漏电流急剧增大。整只避雷器开展的大电流冲击耐受特性试验更能检验现场运行的避雷器的实际性能,应该加强对整只避雷器在投入运行前的大电流冲击耐受检测。
        Distribution arrester is an extremely important overvoltage protection device. The 4/10 μs high current impulse test is used to test the reliability of a lightning arrester in the case of a direct lightning strike, is to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the arrester important assessment indicators. In this paper, five manufacturers entire arrester are selected to carry out the 4/10 μs high current impulse withstand test to test whether the failure occurred after test. The test results show that the 10 kV whole arrester 4/10 us high current impulse withstand are poor, five manufacturers of the test products cannot meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 11032-2010, in which two manufacturers arrester during the test occurred in the burst, the remaining three manufacturers arrester in the test after its U_(1 mA)significantly reduced, corresponding to 0.75 times U_(1 mA), The leakage current increases dramatically. The entire arrester to carry out the high current impulse withstand test more reflect the field operation of the arrester, should strengthen the high current impulse withstand test of entire arrester.
