摘要
半桥三电平LLC(HBTL-LLC)谐振变换器电压应力小、功率密度高、软开关范围大,因此受到广泛关注和应用,但存在输出电压可调范围小、软开关难以实现等问题。这里在分析HBTL-LLC谐振变换器工作原理的基础上,提出一种3段式混合控制策略:增益较大时采用调频控制,而在增益较低时采用移相控制,若移相角达到实现软开关的临界值且增益仍然偏高,则采用变频burst控制,从而扩大输出电压的调节范围,提高低压输出时的电源效率。最后,设计了一台500 V/15 A样机并进行了相关分析和实验,结果验证了所提3段式混合控制策略的可行性和有效性。
        Half-bridge three-level LLC(HBTL-LLC) resonant converter has been widely concerned and applied due to its low voltage stress,high power density and large soft switching range,but it also has some problems such as small adjustment range of output voltage, difficulty in implementing soft switching, and so on.Based on the detailed analysis of the working principle of HBTL-LLC resonant converter, a three stage hybrid control strategy is proposed, that is, the frequency modulation control is adopted when the gain is high, and the phase shift control is adopted when it is low.If the phase shift angle achieves the threshold of soft switching and the gain is still high, the variable-frequency burst control is adopted to increase the regulation range of output voltage and improve the power efficiency at low voltage output.At last,a 500 V/15 A prototype is designed and the related analysis and experiment are carried out.The results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed three stage hybrid control strategy.
