多指标评价方法在注塑成型工艺中的应用

摘要
以电动车头罩成型过程中的翘曲量、收缩率、缩痕指数为评价指标,运用加权综合评价法、功效系数法、灰色综合法以及TOPSIS法4种多指标评价方法进行了分析,得出各方法对应的最佳工艺参数组合;建立多指标评价方法对比分析模型,以各方法最佳工艺参数组合下翘曲量、收缩率和缩痕指数、成型周期和各方法原始数据计算量为对比分析指标,得到加权综合评价法和TOPSIS法具有相同的质量指标,翘曲量、收缩率和缩痕指数分别为1. 831 mm、7. 366%、4. 593%,成型周期均为11 s。通过分析这2种方法的计算量,最后确定加权综合评价法为最佳多指标评价方法,并根据极差分析表得到最佳工艺参数组合。此方法在保证制品质量的同时,能够提高生产效率和减少技术人员的计算量。
        The warpage,shrinkage and shrinkage index of the electric hood cover were used as the evaluation index,using four kinds of multi-index evaluation methods: weighted comprehensive evaluation method,efficiency coefficient method,grey comprehensive method and TOPSIS method. The optimal combinations of process parameters corresponding to each method were obtained. The comparative analysis model of multi-index evaluation method was set up,with the comparison and analysis indexes of warpage,shrinkage and shrinkage index,molding cycle and the original data of each method under the best combinations of the process parameters,the weighted comprehensive evaluation method and the TOPSIS method had the same quality indexes. The warpage quantity,shrinkage and shrinkage index were pointed out. The numbers were:1. 831 mm,7. 366%,4. 593%,and the two methods had the same forming cycle:11 s. Through the comparison and analysis of the calculation amount of the two methods,the weighted comprehensive evaluation method was the best multi-index evaluation method,and according to the extreme analysis table,the best combination of process parameters was obtained. The method could ensure the quality of the product,at the same time,it could improve the production efficiency and reduce the calculation of technical staff.
