摘要
基于滤饼压缩与分层理论,建立低温恒速过滤过程滤饼动态生成离散化模型。引入适用于Darcy公式的滤饼比阻连续性方程、适用于Carman-Kozeny公式、Happel Cell方程和Ergun方程的滤饼孔隙率连续性方程。为验证模型,利用褶皱型316L不锈钢烧结丝网过滤器实施低温恒速过滤实验,滤浆由液氮与干冰颗粒组成。使用Matlab软件编程并基于反抛物线插值法计算,结果表明,颗粒沉积因子λ=1时,由于未考虑颗粒沉积比例,模拟结果与实验结果吻合度较差,且λ值与滤浆流量成正比; Happel Cell方程在其适用范围内滤速相对较高时,模型准确度最高,可用于预测滤饼特性。
        A dynamic discretization model for cake generation during cryogenic constant-velocity filtration was established based on filter cake compression and lamination theory. Continuity equation for specific resistance of filter cake applied to Darcy equation,and continuity equation for filter cake voidage applied to Carman-Kozeny equation,Happel Cell function and Ergun function were introduced. Cryogenic constant-velocity filtration experiment was conducted by 316 L stainless steel sintered winkle wire mesh filter,and feed slurry was composed of liquid nitrogen and solid carbon dioxide particles. Program was established by Matlab software and calculation was made by the method of inverse parabolic interpolation. The results show that a large gap is generated between simulation results and experimental results when particle deposition factor λ is equal to 1 due to no consideration on the particle deposition percentage,and λ is directly proportional to slurry flow rate; model accuracy based on Happel Cell function is the highest in case of larger slurry flow rate within its application scope,which can be adopted to forecast the characteristics of filter cake.
