铸锡青铜零件铜/银/镉镀层表面产生花斑的原因分析与改进措施

摘要
滑靴组件表面电镀铜/银/镉后容易出现花斑,影响了产品的外观和耐蚀性。其主要原因是滑靴组件上铸锡青铜零件表面的砂眼在盐浴扩散焊接和电镀前处理过程中有盐分残留。电镀前采用由植酸、锡青铜缓蚀剂和分散剂组成的封闭剂处理不仅可以有效解决花斑问题,而且能在保证镀层结合力的前提下提高零件的耐蚀性。
        Some spots often occurred on the surface of skid shoe assemblies after electroplating copper, silver, and cadmium successively, which affected the appearance and corrosion resistance of products. The main reason of this problem is the existence of sand holes in the tin bronze cast part, where some salts remain during the salt bath diffusion welding and pretreatment process for electroplating. The problem was solved by treatment with a sealing agent composed of phytic acid, corrosion inhibitor for tin bronze casting, and dispersant prior to electroplating. The corrosion resistance of product was also improved on the premise of a qualified adhesion of coatings.
