摘要
为探讨NK细胞在肾病综合征患儿中的临床价值,选取激素敏感型原发性肾病综合征(steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome, SSNS)患儿共63例,对照组30例,采用流式细胞术检测患儿治疗前后淋巴细胞亚群(CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、CD19~+)和NK细胞,并在患儿出院后对其进行随访。结果显示治疗后患儿NK细胞水平显著升高(P<0.05),NK细胞水平与患儿预后显著相关。提示激素治疗能够显著影响SSNS患儿体内NK细胞的水平, NK细胞可以作为一个评估SSNS患儿预后的指标。
        To evaluate the clinical significance of NK cells in children with steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome(SSNS), and evaluate the clinical significance of NK cells, a total of 63 children with SSNS and 30 controls were collected. Lymphocyte subsets and NK cells were measured by flow cytometry. The results showed that the percentage of NK cells increased significantly after treatment(P < 0.05), and NK cell levels were closely related to prognosis of the patients. The percentage of NK cells in children with SSNS was affected by glucocorticoid, and it could be an indicator for the prognosis of children with SSNS.
