摘要
为了研究绒毛长度对隧道植绒排水管防除结晶效果,设计了一种室内试验装置,排水管坡度3%,水流速度2.92 cm/s,选择直径1 mm的尼龙丝作为绒毛,在直径100 mm普通PVC半圆管上指定位置处用微型钻机钻孔,将不同长度绒毛插入孔内,同时做好PVC管外侧防水处理。研究结果表明:在较低的水流速度下,绒毛长度15 mm时植绒管比普通PVC管防除结晶效果好;结晶量变化规律与环境温湿度变化规律有一定的联系;植绒排水管绒毛纵向间距、环向间距与防除结晶效果有显著影响。可见利用绒毛的蠕动效应设计的植绒排水管对隧道排水管防除结晶有较好的效果,而绒毛长度、绒毛直径以及植绒间距对防除结晶的影响还需进一步深入研究,从而充分发挥植绒排水管除结晶的作用。
        In order to study the effect of villus length on preventing and removing crystallization of tunnel flocking drainage pipe,an indoor test device was designed. The gradient of drainage pipe was 3% and the flow rate was 2. 92 cm/s. The nylon filament with diameter of 1 mm was selected as the fluff. A micro drill was used to drill holes at the designated position of the PVC semi-circular pipe with diameter of 100 mm. The fluff of different lengths was inserted into the hole,and the waterproofing treatment of the outside of the PVC pipe was done well.The results show that the flocking pipe has better crystallization control effect than the ordinary PVC pipe when the length of flocking is 15 mm at lower water flow rate; the variation of crystallization rate is related to the variation of environmental temperature and humidity; and the longitudinal and annular spacing of flocking drainage pipe have significant influence on the crystallization control effect. It is concluded that the flocking drain pipe designed by the creeping effect of villus has a better effect on the crystallization prevention of tunnel drain pipe,while the effects of the length,diameter and spacing of villus on the crystallization prevention need to be further studied,so as to give full play to the role of flocking drain pipe in crystallization prevention.
