混合陶瓷滚珠花键副的研究与设计

摘要
为适应数控制造装备发展需求,提出用陶瓷珠替代金属珠并做相应的结构及尺度改变,研发一种新型滚珠花键副——混合陶瓷滚珠花键副,用以提升滚珠花键副的接触、摩擦、抗振、定位、高温响应等特性。在新材料匹配以及滚珠尺寸缩小的新接触条件下,为进一步改善滚珠与滚道的接触状态,以二次曲线替代圆弧作为新滚道的截型。研究结果表明,新型混合陶瓷滚珠花键副相比于传统的金属滚珠花键副,具有较好的接触特性、摩擦性、抗振性以及高温高速下的工作稳定性,适用于先进数控机床等精密应用场合,为数控机床直线运动部件的性能优化提供了一定参考。
        In order to meet the needs of the development of CNC manufacturing equipment,it is proposed to replace the metal beads with ceramic beads and to make corresponding structural and scale changes. A new type of ball spline sub-hybrid ceramic ball spline pair is developed to improve the contact,friction,anti-vibration,positioning,high temperature response and other characteristics of the ball spline pair. In order to further improve the ball-raceway contact condition under the new contact conditions of new material matching and ball size reduction,the quadratic curve is used instead of the arc as the cutoff of the new raceway. The results show that the new hybrid ceramic ball spline pair has better contact characteristics,frictional properties,vibration resistance and working stability under high temperature and high speed than traditional metal ball spline pairs,and is suitable for advanced numerical control machine tools precise applications,provide a reference for the performance optimization of linear motion components of CNC machine tool.
