技能竞赛背景下的钻探地质编录实践教学改革与研究

摘要
技能竞赛在高校人才培养方面发挥了特殊的重要作用。针对钻探地质编录实践教学,通过教学改革,以技能竞赛为载体,采用课堂教学与实践教学相结合的教学方式,取得了良好的教学效果,证实了"以赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促改"的钻探地质编录实践教学模式是可行的。基于技能竞赛背景下的教学改革能够充分发挥学生的主观能动性,培养其团队协作能力和创新精神,从而有效地提高了人才培养质量。
Skill competition plays a special role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. For the practice teaching of drilling geological catalogue, the skills competition as the carrier, the combination of classroom teaching and practical teaching, has achieved good teaching results. It is confirmed that the practice teaching mode of drilling geological catalogue of "competition promote learning, promote teaching and promote reform" is feasible. Based on the teaching reform under the background of skill competition, students can give full play to their subjective initiative, cultivate their teamwork ability and innovative spirit, thus effectively improving the quality of talent training.
