摘要
介绍了迪砂线因型砂紧实率波动大造成铸型浇口杯位置偏移,进而引起浇注失误的情况。叙述了迪砂混砂机的混砂过程,认为引起紧实率检测超标的主要因素是:混砂机混制不均匀,旧砂含水量不均匀,混砂机内部设备及取样检测设备配合保养程度差,工艺参数设定不完善。通过改变预混时间、工艺参数、旧砂的含水量及对混砂机设备的保养,改善混制砂和处理旧砂含水量的均匀性,并对终端混砂机的SMC相关参数进行调整,减小了紧实率超标的情况,使型砂在线检测的不合格率从3%以上降低至0,满足了迪砂垂直线对型砂紧实率一致性的要求。
        The situation was introduced that the big fluctuated compactability of molding sand on the DISA line caused the position deviation of the pouring cup and then caused pouring error. The sand mixing process of the DISA sand mixer was described,it was considered that the main factors causing the compactabilty test exceeding the standard were:the mixing of sand mixer was not uniform,moisture content was inhomogeneous of the returned sand,poor maintenance of internal equipment and sampling equipment of the sand mixer,and imperfect setting of the process parameters. By changing pre-mixing time,process parameters,moisture content of retuned sand and sand mixer equipments maintenance,improving the uniformity of moisture content of the mixing sand and treated returned sand,and adjusting SMC-relative parameters of terminal sand mixer,the compactability exceeding the standard had been improved,the unqualified rate of online testing of molding sand was reduced from more than 3% to 0 that met the molding sand compactability uniformity requirement of DISA vertically parted molding line.
