电网企业向综合能源服务公司转型路径探究

摘要
随着供给侧结构性调整和电力体制改革的不断深入,综合能源服务已成为推动我国能源革命和能源高质量发展的重要方向。本文探究了电网企业向综合能源服务公司转型的意义,综合分析了电网企业开展综合能源服务业务面临的内外部环境,并从业务链条、业务梯次和示范引领三个方面,提出了电网企业向综合能源服务公司转型的策略建议。
With the supply-side structural adjustment and the electric power system reform deeply, developing intergated energy service is a key orientation to advance the energy revolution and the high quality energy development in China. In this paper, the significance of the power grid enterprises' transformation to intergrated energy service companies is discussed. The internal and external circumstances and conditions facing power grid enterprises are analyzed comprehensively. And then in terms of three different aspects including the service system, priority scheme and demonstration project, it puts forward the idea of transformation and development from power grid enterprises to intergrated energy service companies.
