摘要

通过信息管理和分析手段,参照建设项目经济评价的方法,建立炼油项目统一的财务评价体系及标准化模型平台。技术经济指标逻辑关系完全在应用服务器端实现,用户通过录入项目基本信息,选择不同的评价方法以及价格体系,模型就可以按照既定的逻辑自动计算出项目主要财务指标,大大降低了经济评价模型的使用难度。由于采用平台建模,方便管理者开展多方案比选工作,并为技术平台数据的导入、分析创造条件。
        A unified economic evaluation system and a standardized model platform for oil refining projects are established by means of information management and analysis as well as referring to economic evaluation method of construction projects.The logical relationship of technical and economic indicators is entirely realized on the application server.By inputting the basic information of the project and selecting different evaluation methods and price systems,the model can automatically calculate the main financial indicators of the project according to the established logic,which greatly reduces the difficulty of using the economic evaluation model.Because of the platform modeling,it is convenient for managers to carry out multi-project comparison,and create conditions for the import and analysis of technical platform data.
