摘要

中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,我国经济发展也进入了新时代。如何以改革的方式推动传统动能改造提质、促进新兴动能成长壮大,实现经济发展新旧动能的接续转换进而推进高质量经济发展,是我们研究的重要问题。新旧动能接续转换的最终目标是提升长久发展的质量效益,其背后深层逻辑指向的重要部分还包括政府的职能转变。本研究以新形势下,经济动能接续转换的政策背景与理论依据为切入点,进一步延伸思考了当前经济转型背景下的政府职能定位问题,力求得出一些有价值的对策思考。
        Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and China's economic development has entered a new era. How to promote the improvement of traditional kinetic energy in the way of reform, promote the growth and growth of emerging kinetic energy, realize the continuous transformation of the old and new kinetic energy of economic development and promote the development of high-quality economy is an important issue for us to study. The ultimate goal of the new and old kinetic energy transformation is to improve the quality and efficiency of long-term development. The important part of the deep logic behind it also includes the transformation of government functions. Based on the policy background and theoretical basis of the continual conversion of economic kinetic energy, this study is based on the new situation, and further discusses the positioning of government functions in the context of current economic transformation, and strives to draw some valuable countermeasures.
