摘要
肌动蛋白细胞骨架重构与细胞迁移、胞质分裂、囊泡运输等多个过程密切相关。近些年研究表明,肌动蛋白细胞骨架重构也与多种免疫细胞(包括T细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞等)的功能密切相关。其可参与免疫突触的形成和T细胞发育成熟,从而影响T细胞功能。也可通过调节BCR信号和抗原内化提呈影响B细胞功能。此外,肌动蛋白细胞骨架重构对巨噬细胞的趋化作用和吞噬作用也有一定的影响。本文就肌动蛋白细胞骨架重构调节免疫细胞功能的研究进展做一综述,有助于靶向肌动蛋白的免疫相关疾病(包括肿瘤)治疗策略的制定。
        Actin cytoskeleton remodeling is closely related to cell migration, cytokinesis and vesicle transport.Recently, it was reported that actin cytoskeleton remodeling also affects the activation of some immune cells,including T-cell, B-cell and macrophage. Actin cytoskeleton remodeling can participate in the formation of immunological synapses and ensure T-cell development and maturation. Actin cytoskeleton remodeling also affects BCR signaling, antigen extraction and B-cell presentation. Furthermore, actin cytoskeleton remodeling affects the chemotaxis and phagocytosis in macrophage. This article reviews the progresses of the regulatory effects of actin cytoskeleton remodeling on the regulation of immune cells function, which is useful for actin-targeted therapeutics in some immune-related diseases such as tumors.
