住房建设项目施工管理工作要点浅谈

摘要
住房建设项目施工管理,是指从事建筑工程项目管理的单位受建设单位委托,在其资质许可范围内开展工程施工、竣工验收和保修等全过程或若干阶段的项目服务,其工作客体是房屋建筑。笔者在近几年的工作实践中体会到房屋建筑特别是住宅和公益性建筑直接和广大老百姓息息相关,高度的责任心和精细化操作是高质量完成目标的保证条件,本文从工程项目质量管理的角度谈一些粗浅的看法。
Construction management of housing construction projects refers to the whole process or several stages of project services, such as project construction, completion acceptance and warranty, which are entrusted by construction units to carry out construction projects within the scope of their qualifications. The object of its work is housing construction. In recent years, the author has realized that housing construction, especially residential and public welfare buildings, is directly related to the general public. A high sense of responsibility and elaborate operation are the guarantee conditions for achieving the goal of high quality. This paper discusses some superficial views from the perspective of project quality management.
