摘要
基于隧道电缆局部放电检测环境差,危险大等情况,提出一种机器人背负式局放仪,并详细阐述了该设备设计过程中遇到的难点,重点分析接触式电源可靠性问题,机器人内部电机对局放仪干扰问题以及主机内测量软件的全自动局放检测和智能判断问题,为无人式隧道电缆局放检测技术提供了参考。
Based on the poor detection environment and high risk of the Pd detection of the tunnel cable, this paper proposes a partial discharge detecting instrument carried by robot and expounds the difficulties encountered in the design of the equipment. The reliability of contact power supply, the interference of the internal motor to the PD instrument and the automatic PD detection and intelligent judgement of the measuring software in the main engine are analyzed emphatically,which provides a reference for the PD detection technology of the self-service tunnel cable.
