摘要
滚动轴承通过将运转轴与轴座之间的滑动摩擦转变为滚动摩擦,达到减少磨损的目的,是一种重要的机械精密元件。滚动轴承的磨损失效会对整个器械的运转造成不良影响,对影响滚动轴承磨损失效的因素以及修复方法进行研究,对机械运转及行业发展具有重要的意义。论文分析了滚动轴承磨损的类型和影响磨损失效的因素,研究了失效的修复方法,并对滚动轴承磨损失效分析研究进行了展望。
The antifriction bearing is a kind of important mechanical precision element, which can reduce the wear by changing the sliding friction between the rotating shaft and the axle seat into rolling friction. The wear failure of antifriction bearing will cause adverse effects on the operation of the whole equipment. Research on the factors that affect the wear failure of antifriction bearing and the repair methods are of great significance to the operation of machinery and the development of the industry. The paper analyzes the wear types of antifriction bearings and the factors influencing wear failure, studies the repair methods of wear failure of antifriction bearing, and prospects the wear failure analysis of antifriction bearing in China.
