摘要
为减少官地矿选煤厂分选过程中粗精煤的损失,对原有的粗煤泥分选系统进行技术改造。介绍了TCS粗煤泥分选机的结构组成、工作原理、技术特点及主要技术参数,分析比较了官地矿选煤厂的应用情况。生产实践表明:TCS粗煤泥分选机实现了对0. 5~0. 125 mm粒级煤泥的有效分选,设备投入使用后有效提升了官地矿选煤厂的洗选效率,分选密度稳定,分选精度高,同时提高了精煤产率,降低了介质消耗和生产成本。
For avoiding the loss of coarse slime during coal cleaning process,work is made on the technical transformation of the existing coarse slime separation system. Following an introduction to the structure,working principle,technical features and parameters of the TCS separator,comparative analysis is made of the performance of the separator in operation at Guandi plant. Practice shows that the separator is high in sharpness of separation,and its use makes it possible to effectively treat the 0. 5-0. 125 mm fine coal,improve the overall operating efficiency of the plant,maintain a stable separating density,increase yield of clean coal product,and reduce medium consumption and,hence,operating costs.
