摘要
介绍了米糠营养性和脂肪酶的活性,如何测试脂肪酶活性,推广规模型米糠稳定化技术,如何评价米糠稳定化指标,开发高伴随物的米糠油和米糠的功能性应用。
This paper is introduced the nutrition and the Lipase activity,how to test the Lipase activity,the industry of the rice bran stability is improved,how to specification of the rice bran is evaluated and the application of high content of the rice bran oil and the rice bran functionality.
