临床路径护理实施在子宫肌瘤患者护理中的效果

摘要
目的分析临床路径护理实施在子宫肌瘤患者护理中的效果。方法研究对象为子宫肌瘤患者,例数80例,采用抽签分组方式对研究对象80例进行分组,患者收取时间在2018年2月5日到2018年5月10日,分为观察组一组(40例子宫肌瘤患者)、对照组一组(40例子宫肌瘤患者),分别实施临床路径护理以及常规护理,将两组患者的护理效果进行对比。结果观察组子宫肌瘤患者的收缩压、心率、健康知识掌握评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度97.50%(其中满意患者30例、一般患者9例、不满意患者1例)高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组子宫肌瘤患者的术前准备时间(2.01±0.45)h、平均住院日(10.15±1.01)d短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论通过对子宫肌瘤患者实施临床路径护理后,不仅能提高患者健康知识掌握水平,还能提升患者护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pathway nursing in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods Eighty-eight patients with uterine fibroids were enrolled in the study.Eighty-six patients were grouped by lottery.The patients were collected from February 5,2018 to May 10,2018,and were divided into observation group.The group(40 patients with uterine fibroids) and the control group(40 patients with uterine fibroids) were treated with clinical pathway nursing and routine nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The systolic blood pressure,heart rate and health knowledge of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%(30 patients were satisfied,9 were general patients,1 case of unsatisfied patients was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the preoperative preparation time(2.01±0.45)h and the average hospitalization day(10.15±1.01)d of the patients with uterine fibroids in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After clinical path nursing for patients with uterine fibroids,it can not only improve the patient's health knowledge,but also improve patient care satisfaction.
