摘要

中美关系是有着不同国家利益又有着共同全球利益的博弈,这种博弈共生关系在不同的认知视域下,对目标策略有着不同选择。变化中的中美关系的实质是大国博弈,中国在博弈中的策略选择和目标不在于单方面的妥协和让步,不在于持续对抗,而在于以消耗和持久战略有限的目标对抗发展周边外交和地缘政治经济,拉拢更多的周边国家进入国际体系的建构中来,在合理范围内分配利益维系共生。这场基于利益与秩序的博弈,只有通过"高筑墙广积粮"的策略选择,利用缓冲地带维护国家利益避免冲突。
        China and the United States have different national interests and common global interests. This kind of game symbiosis has different choices of target strategies from different cognitive perspectives.Change the essence of sino-us relations is in the power game, China's strategy choice and goals in the game is not unilateral compromise and concession, is not the last fight, is to consume-sustainable strategy and limited target against peripheral diplomatic and geopolitical and economic development, bringing in more peripheral countries in the construction of the international system, within the scope of the reasonable distribution of benefits to maintain symbiotic. This game is based on interests and the order of the world. Only through the strategy selection of surrounding areas, "high walls and wide grain accumulation",can the buffer zone be used to protect national interests and avoid conflicts.
