摘要
[目的]测定广西笼养食蟹猴血液学特性和生化值。[方法]选用健康3~5岁的数量各50只的雌雄食蟹猴,采用常规方法测定15项血液常规值和14项血液生化值。[结果]雄性食蟹猴的红细胞、红细胞压积、碱性磷酸酶明显高于雌性食蟹猴﹙P<0.01);血红蛋白、血小板压值、淋巴细胞、白蛋白这4项测定指标中,雄性食蟹猴的测定值均高于雌性食蟹猴的测定值(P<0.05)。而雌性食蟹猴的谷丙转氨酶测定值则明显高于雄性食蟹猴的测定值(P<0.01)。其余21项血液指标测定值雌雄间相差不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]该研究为灵长类动物试验提供参考依据。
        [Objective]The research aimed to measure the hematological characteristics and biochemical values of Macaca fasciculares in cages in Guangxi.[Method]A healthy and equal number of male and female Macaca fasciculares were selected and 15 routine blood values and 14 blood biochemical values were determined by routine methods.[Result]Male Macaca fasciculares had significantly higher erythrocyte, hematocrit, and alkaline phosphatase than female Macaca fasciculares(P<0.01);male Macaca fasciculares were the four indicators of hemoglobin, platelet pressure, lymphocyte, and albumin. The measured values were higher than those of female Macaca fasciculares(P<0.05). The female cynomolgus alanine aminotransferase was significantly higher than the male Macaca fasciculares(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between male and female in the remaining 21 blood parameters(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The study provides reference for primate experiments.
