摘要
为逐步提高中职教学质量,提升内部检查能力,中职学校相继展开教学工作诊断与改进试点。但开展过程中,中职教学工作诊断与改进面临着诸多难点问题,主要体现在中职教师的认知转变较难、中职学校目标定位不清以及中职学校如何长效推进三大方面。该项工作必须坚持以学校为主体,着眼于教育质量,依靠政府政策支持,密切联系企业,调动教师参与,寻求学界指导,多方共同合作发力,才能科学有效推进。
To gradually improve both quality of teaching and internal school inspection capability, a pilot project of diagnosis and improvement of teaching is launched in succession in secondary vocational schools. However, the difficult problems exist in diagnosis and improvement of teaching in secondary vocational schools, which are reflected in the difficulty of transformation of cognition of secondary vocational school teachers, the unclear target of secondary vocational schools, and how to promote secondary vocational schools in a long term. Only by insisting on the school based, focusing on the quality of education, relying on government policy support, making close contact with enterprise, mobilizing teachers' participation, seeking academic guidance, and making joint efforts from various parties, can this work be scientifically and effectively promoted.
