摘要
在常温下,采用沼气循环厌氧膜生物反应器(MCAn MBR)处理模拟高盐有机废水,当进水Na Cl浓度<19.21 g/L、温度>22℃时,盐度对厌氧微生物没有明显的抑制作用,对COD的去除率>94%;在温度为14.9~18.1℃,MLSS为23.79~32.22 g/L,进水Na Cl浓度分别为17.0~18.0、18.0~19.0 g/L时,经短期驯化,对COD的平均去除率分别为83.37%、82.61%;而当进水Na Cl浓度>19.0 g/L时,对COD的去除率明显下降,且短期内无法恢复。MCAn MBR高效的污泥截留作用增强了微生物的耐盐性能,高污泥浓度是厌氧膜生物反应器在高盐环境下取得高有机物去除率的关键。
Anaerobic membrane bioreactor with methane cycle( MCAn MBR) was adopted to treat simulated high salinity organic wastewater under normal temperature. The results showed that when the temperature was higher than 22 ℃ and the concentration of sodium chloride was below 19. 21 g/L,there was no obvious inhibition and the COD removal rate was more than 94%. When the temperature was between 14. 9 ℃ and 18. 1 ℃,MLSS was from 23. 79 g/L to 32. 22 g/L,and the Na Cl concentration in the influent was from 17. 0 g/L to 18. 0 g/L and from 18. 0 g/L to 19. 0 g/L,the average COD removal rate were 83. 37% and 82. 61%,respectively,after short-term domestication. When the Na Cl concentration was high than 19. 0 g/L,the COD removal rate obviously decreased and was unable to recover in the short term. The highly efficient sludge interception of MCAn MBR enhanced the salt resistance of microorganism. High sludge concentration was the key to anaerobic membrane bioreactor to achieve high organic removal efficiency in salty environments.
