沙丁胺醇的检测方法研究进展

摘要
沙丁胺醇是β-兴奋剂的一种,在临床应用中能有效地治疗支气管哮喘、肺气肿等常见哮喘类呼吸道疾病。在畜牧业中能提高瘦肉率,但由于β-兴奋剂易产生残留而危害食用者的身体健康,因此大部分国家通过立法以禁止β-兴奋剂的使用。本文就β-兴奋剂中沙丁胺醇的危害以及常用检测方法作一简述。
        Salbutamol sulfate is a kind of beta adrenergic agonists,which have effective treatment of bronchial asthma,emphysema and other common asthma respiratory diseases in the clinical.In animal husbandry,salbutamol can effectively improve the rate of lean meat,while due to beta doping particularly prone to produce residual and harm the health of the human body,most countries legislation prohibit the use of stimulants beta.In this paper,the dangers of salbutamol and its detection methods were reviewed.
