电催化氧化处理工业苯胺废水工艺的研究

摘要
采用自制电催化设备处理实际苯胺工业废水,探讨在电催化处理过程中各种单因素对处理效果的影响,并结合正交实验及成本问题确定最优处理条件为:电极形貌为网状、pH值为5.41,处理时间为60 min、电解质NaCl的投加量为4 g/L,电流密度为25 mA/cm~2,此时苯胺的去除率为99%,废水中COD的去除率达到60%以上,对电催化氧化处理苯胺废水的应用提供基础。
        The self-made electrocatalystic equipment was used to treat the aniline industrial wastewater, and the effects of single factor on the treatment effect in the treatment process were researched. Combined with the orthogonal experiment and the cost, the best treatment conditions were determined. The electrode structure was meshed, pH value was 5.41, the processing time was 60 min, the electrolyte NaCl dosage was 4 g/L, and current density was 25 mA/cm~2. The removal rate of aniline was 99%, and COD removal rate could reach over 60%, which would provide basis for the application of electrocatalytic oxidation treatment of aniline wastewater.
