摘要
针对1mV~10mV直流电压溯源方面存在的问题,提出采用恒流源、标准取样电阻和标准直流电压表的方法对较小的直流电压进行校准。采用5720A输出稳定的直流电流,用742A作为取样电阻,用8508A作为标准直流电压表,根据欧姆定律进行校准工作,并给出了消除或减小校准过程中存在的各种影响量的途径。对数字多用表8508A进行校准,分别评定了1mV、10mV点的测量不确定度,通过与分压箱法的对比和传递比较法验证,证明了取样电阻法的可行性和准确性,能够满足1mV~10mV小电压校准需求。
        In order to resolve the problem of 1mV~10mV DCV retrace,a calibration method which uses a constant current source,a standard sample resistor and a DCV voltage meter is proposed. The calibration was based on ohm's law,a 5720 A is usedas the current source,the 742 A are used as sample resistors,a 8508 A is used as the voltage meter,the way to eliminate the effectof influence quantities is given. A 8508 A is calibrated,the uncertainties on 1mV and 10 mV are evaluated,according to the compari-son with results from voltage divider method and uncertainties transfer comparison validation,the sample resistor method is proved to be feasible and accurate and can fulfill the calibration requirement of 1mV~10mV DCV.
