摘要
伴随知识经济时代的来临,以及网络信息技术发展速度的提高,使得计算机科学技术在人们日常生活中的重要性不断提升。计算机辅助制造技术被广泛应用到机械设计和制造过程中,一方面提高了工作效率,另一方面提高了设计制造的质量。UG作为一款计算机辅助设计CAD与计算机辅助制造CAM一体化的软件[1],它具有强大的三维造型功能,可使复杂的建模与工程制图变得简单、明了。主要介绍计算机辅助设计与制造软件ug10. 0在零件数控加工编程过程中的基本参数与非切削参数设定[2]。
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the improvement of the development speed of network information technology,the importance of computer science and technology in people's daily life is also increasing. As an important part of the current industrial industry,computer-aided manufacturing technology is widely used in the process of mechanical design and manufacturing. On the one hand,it improves the working efficiency; on the other hand,it improves the quality of design and manufacture. As a software of integrating CAD with computer-aided manufacturing( CAM),UG has powerful three-dimensional modeling function and makes complex modeling and engineering drawing simple and clear. This paper mainly introduces the basic parameters and non-cutting parameters setting of computer aided design and manufacturing software ug10. 0 in NC programming of parts.
