摘要
针对以UOP/IFP为代表的"顺流"式连续重整工艺与以中国石化工程建设有限公司研发的"逆流式"连续重整工艺进行主要的技术特点对比。"逆流式"连续重整工艺实现了催化剂活性与反应难易程度相匹配,该工艺在济南60万t/a连续重整装置上应用效果良好。
Technical characteristics of counterflow continuous reforming process developed by China Petrochemical Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. and UOP/IFP downstream continuous reforming process were analyzed and compared. The results show that the counterflow continuous reforming process can make the catalyst activity match with the reaction degree. The counterflow continuous reforming process has been successfully applied in Jinan 600 kt/a continuous reforming unit.
